More to Light (than off and on) - Duquesne Light

Duquesne Light is a utility based in Pennsylvania. The problem they were facing at the time was an aging workforce, a large portion of which would be eligible for retirement over the following 5-10 years, and increasing competition for millennial engineering talent from the likes of Tesla, SpaceX, and other more press-friendly startups.
This brandifesto-style video was used to set the stage for a brand refresh and 360 campaign intended to attract younger talent. I was the copywriter. This was spec work as part of a pitch.
